The painting "Liberty Guiding the People" is representative of romantic nationalism because it shows a group united under the French flag. There are dead bodies littering the ground and signs of destruction in the distant town, but Liberty and the ragged, armed people around her are surrounded by light. It's basically trying to show that the French are a unified whole that is determined to fight for its people and country.
