Who: South Carolina Governor Mark Sanford
Where: South Carolina
When: March 13, 2009
What: Gov. Sanford says he will reject nearly a quarter of the money headed to South Caroline, this stirred criticism not only in the state, but through out the US, saying that Sanford is putting his political future before the state’s citizens.
Why: South Carolina’s employment rate is at 10.4 percent, second highest in the nation.
Question: Is Sanford only doing this to make himself look good for the 2012 presidential election?
