Gay-Marriage Fight to Persist in California

Who: California's supreme court, gay-rights groups, and organizations that support traditional marriage.
Where: San Francisco, Ca
When: From March 5th to May 2009.
What: Supporters of gay marriage are still arguing whether gay-marriage ban will stand. Both sides of the argument are very strong and are still fighting for this.
Why: This issue is significant because the court already banned gay-marriage but those supporting it are still fighting to legalize it in California.
Question: Is gay-marriage going to be legalized eventually in California?

Who: United States, Japan, and South Korea opposing North Korea's nuclear testing.
Where: North Korea
When: Monday the 25th
What: North Korea has been testing nuclear weapons. This makes other counties closely watch what North Korea is doing.
Why: We want to prevent a nuclear war, or we just don't want other counties to have more nuclear power.
Question: Is North Korea just doing this to cause controversy?

Who: Supporters and People against gay-rights, and the California supreme court.
Where: San Francisco, California
When: May 26th
What: The result of prop 8 has both sides of the issue fighting to either keep it the way it is or to overturn the result.
Why: They want their rights so they will keep fighting for them.
Question: How many times will this issue be fought for until there is a right result?

Who: Gay right groups, organizations that support traditional marriage and the Supreme Court
Where: San Fransisco, Ca.
What: Both sides are fighting for their rights and will continue no matter the verdict.
Why: It is a major controversial issue that heterosexuals,bisexuals,and homosexuals are fighting for.
Question: How is this affecting people?

What: People are still fighting about whether or not gay marriage should be banned. All of the people involved have very good points which makes for a hard decision.
Why: The court has already banned this but people are still fighting for it.
Question: Will gay marriage ever be legalized?
